Intermediate Skills

Intermediate level lessons are intended to refine and practice existing skills while also introducing the rider to challenging new skills.

Here is a sample of some skills that would likely be covered in your intermediate lesson. These skills will allow the rider to explore the terrain with more confidence and control.

  • Body position
  • Cornering (berms, off camber, flat)
  • Climbing
  • Descending with greater speed
  • Rolls and rock features
  • Front and rear wheel lifts
  • Line selection
  • Small drops and jumps
